Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst with a clear path for advancement. This is a long-standing Company who is an Industry leader in this market. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, dashboard development and financial analysis. This role will provide financial insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Help drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, gathering input from invested departments Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate capital investment projects. This include creating KPI Dashboards, Ad Hoc Analysis as the business dictates, and provide process documentation Provide variance analysis and performance reporting to identify areas of improvement.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for select operations, your audience may include non-Finance professionals Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards and company policies. Present financial performance and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Decision Support:
Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA a plus. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on the creation of financial modeling, Dashboards, and other initiatives. This is in addition to driving a budget and a forecast. Some exposure to a Major ERP is a plus as is advanced excel skills. Experience with Tableau, Power Bi, and related programs are a plus Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
