We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales and Finance Operations Analyst to support and enhance our revenue operations through accurate data management, compensation analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and administering equitable sales compensation plans, managing monthly commissions, and delivering insights that drive performance and alignment between Sales and Finance. Job Responsibilities
- Support the design and create equitable sales compensation plans in partnership with Sales, Finance, and leadership teams
- Analyze and forecast revenue monthly, using Salesforce, Financial Force, and Excel-based models
- Own and execute the monthly commissions process, including data collection, validation, calculation, and reporting
- Maintain and continuously improve commission tracking tools in Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Audit compensation data and calculations to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Reconcile discrepancies across systems and audit findings proactively, finding solutions to ensure data accuracy and prevent recurring issues
- Manage incoming commission inquiries and disputes, communicating directly with sales reps and management to resolve issues
- Collaborate with managers and senior leadership across the organization to support sales compensation strategy
- Support sales performance analytics and compensation-related forecasting

- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, financial operation or similar
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, financial principles, and business operations is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner across departments and levels of seniority
- Project management mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Coursework or certifications in data analytics, financial modeling, or sales operations (e.g., Salesforce certifications, Excel/Power BI training, or compensation design) are highly desirable.
- Master’s degree, MBA or MS in Finance/Analytics is a plus and may be preferred for candidates with less direct experience. Travel Requirements
