Role:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis across core business functions. The ideal candidate will be analytically driven, highly organized, and capable of managing both routine reporting and project-based financial initiatives. This position supports forward-looking business planning and strategic decision-making across multiple functions and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and develop models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, business trend summaries, and operational insights Analyze manufacturing and operational data to support cost analysis, pricing decisions, and efficiency improvements Support due diligence efforts and financial evaluations for potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures Partner with leadership on project prioritization, KPI tracking, and business case development Prepare executive-level presentations and analysis packages for internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role Strong Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including discretion and professionalism Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or M&A processes is a plus
