Job Description:
•Preference given to local candidates •We are seeking a Workday Financial Analyst to join our team! The individual in this key position will work to support the optimization, enhancement, and ongoing management of our Workday Financials platform. Ensures our finance technology solutions empower teams to make informed decisions, streamline workflows, and support our mission with accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain core Workday Financial modules, including Financial Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking & Settlements, and Grants Management. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and enhanced usability across financial processes. Build and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and data extracts to support compliance, leadership reporting, and real-time operational insight. Provide day-to-day support to end users, respond to system inquiries, and resolve issues related to Workday Finance modules.
Testing & Deployment:
Lead or participate in testing efforts during system upgrades, enhancements, or new implementations. Develop test scripts, perform validations, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials for system users. Conduct trainings and workshops as needed to promote system adoption and self-service.
Audit & Compliance Support:
Ensure Workday configuration supports audit requirements, internal controls, and nonprofit compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Workday Financials, including at least two (2) years in a systems analyst or functional role Prior experience in nonprofit, education, or healthcare organizations preferred Strong understanding of Workday Financial modules such as General Ledger, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Banking Experience with Workday Financials reporting tools (Composite Reports, Worksheets, Discovery Boards) Familiarity with Workday Studio or Workday Prism a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
$120,000 – $135,000 annually, based on experience, education, and certifications. This is an on-site role based in Manchester, NH.
Hours:
