Job Description Job Purpose This position will provide Finance Support to the AEC Home Office and the Research & Technology (R&T) Business Unit. This person will prepare and manage models to support BU financial forecasting, program estimate to complete (ETC) forecasting, actuals vs budget analytics and cash flow forecasting. In addition, this role will provide ad hoc financial support to R&T program managers to understand and manage direct cost drivers (direct labor, AP, materials, etc.) and indirect expenses. Prepare Monthly BU Estimate to Complete Files for Customer and Internal Research Projects
Assist with BU Monthly Forecasting and Analysis (P&L, Cash, Project Forecasting, CAPEX, Indirect Expense)
Participate in the annual BU business planning process (developing budgets, update of financial models, etc)
Assist with Data Analysis tasks as assigned
Participate in Special Projects on an ad-hoc basis to support R&T Program Managers and the Finance & Accounting team

Experience/Education/Skills Qualifications/Characteristics Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or other similar degree
Organized with an attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Team Player, positive attitude a must Working Conditions Office environment, duties performed indoors, moderate to quiet noise and comfortable temperatures. Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental condition levels. Ability to work 24/7 schedule and be available as business situations require. Some may be able to do part of their work remotely. Travel may be required Physical requirements Occasionally positions self to move an office item >10 lbs.
