Job Duties Review set up of projects and enter project planning into SAP Review and maintain project statuses used in financial calculations Prepare orders, sales, and backlog reporting Prepare margin analysis by project Review cost center expenses and analyze variances Analyze work in process and project cost provisions Prepare technician utilization reporting Prepare monthly sales management reporting Assist with preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts Optimize systems and processes to improve accuracy and timeliness of information creation and distribution Prepare ad hoc analyses
Requirements:
BA or BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis on quantitative analysis Working knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, and financial statements Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and Microsoft Office Understanding of database structure and financial data flow within an ERP system Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organization skills Ability to work within time constraints and see projects through to completion Willingness to take ownership and assume responsibility for functions and projects Effective oral and written communication with all levels of personnel Zero to three years of experience Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume.
