About The Role Seeking an experienced Treasury Professional with responsibilities in Forecasting, Funding, and a whole host of reporting using various business intelligent tools and Microsoft Excel. This individual will not only have the opportunity to oversee an analyst or associate but also the enormous exposure to senior management through leading of weekly meetings with attendees from senior leadership teams across Finance and Investments. This individual will lead the day-to- day operations of Corebridge Insurance Companies’ cash optimization, short-term and long-term forecasts, and borrowing functions, while also responsible for producing regular management analytics, reporting, and meeting presentations. Responsibilities Help support core cash management function, overseeing 500 operating/concentration bank accounts across Corebridge entities Day to day responsibilities include funding of ACHs, Checks, and all other time sensitive transactions to ensure timely execution of payments Prepare, review, and analyze the day’s cash balances and projected flows to appropriately allocate cash placement with high yielding banks while keeping exposure within Credit’s guideline Develop an understanding of short- and long-term forecasts using various inputs from across the organization Provide documentation of cash receipts and payments to internal partners including investments, middle office, accounting, and FP&A Assist in development and documentation of cash management process to ensure business continuity Manage, review, and monitor daily forecast to help determine available cash to invest or borrowing need Lead weekly meetings discussing forecast, investment, and funding strategies with senior leaders from Finance and Investments Play an integral part in supporting new businesses, strategic transactions /initiatives, and projects related to forecast to ensure seamless integration with existing forecast and funding model Provide guidance and solution to problems / issues related to cash, forecast, intercompany reinsurance settlement, repo borrowing, etc. Conduct quarterly derivatives collateral and operating analysis right size working capital Assist various teams across Corebridge in validating quarter end Financials through our daily tracking of cash, cashflows, and repo borrowing Manage and monitor insurance company short-term stress through the calculation of repo capacity Drive constant process improvements through regular reviews and updates to Excel end user tools to ensure formula optimization, efficiencies, and controls Skills and Qualifications Undergraduate degree required. Finance or business major preferred Broad experience in Finance, Treasury, and Risk Management in a Financial firm with demonstrated knowledge in corporate finance, investments, and accounting. Must have a financial services background. Self-starter, quick learner, and flexible team player Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills with high level of intellectual curiosity ability Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and tight deadlines while retaining strong attention to detail Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.) SAP or Treasury Workstation experience preferred Experienced Treasury manager specializing in Finance, Treasury, and Risk Management in a Financial firm with demonstrated knowledge in corporate finance, investments, and accounting Self-starter, quick learner, and flexible team player Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills with high level of intellectual curiosity Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and tight deadlines while retaining strong attention to detail Demonstrated professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information MS Office Suite with advanced Excel and Power Point skill Proficient with Business Intelligence Tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, SAP BI, Microsoft Power BI Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 – $103,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
