Schedule:

• Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMTraining onsite 5 days/week, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) +

• Pay:

• What You’ll Do:

• + Process routine financial transactions and data entry + Research and resolve cost basis discrepancies + Support tax reporting accuracy for covered securities + Respond to branch inquiries and update requests + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity
• What We’re Looking For
• : + 1+ year of experience in financial operations or analysis + Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Familiarity with financial statements and tax regulations + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines + Willingness to work overtime during tax season (Jan-Apr) + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Experience with client service or inquiry resolution + Positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment •Ready to take the next step in your financial career?
