ASAP Job Summary:
Join the Merrill Onboarding and Maintenance team as an Operations Analyst , supporting onboarding and maintenance functions for brokerage accounts. This role involves reviewing documentation, managing account updates, and fielding internal support calls to ensure a smooth experience for clients and branch offices. This is a great opportunity to apply your decision-making skills in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to internal phone inquiries from branch offices Review account documentation for accuracy and completeness Work cases in SRP and ASAP systems Make decisions on account maintenance while balancing client service and risk management Provide consistent support to internal partners and ensure timely case resolution
Required Qualifications:
Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on risk management Proven experience in internal or client-facing service delivery Organized, results-oriented, and highly collaborative Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced environment Self-starter capable of working independently Flexible availability during standard operational hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with brokerage account operations and systems
Note:
Candidates must be available for full-time, onsite training during the initial 5-6 weeks of employment.
