Remote Job Summary:

Manages credit card services, lockboxes, the corporate card program, and other critical functions within the Treasury department to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage setup of merchant accounts and user access within Elavon Payment Navigator Develop and enforce credit card processing policies and training materials Lead PCI DSS compliance planning, remediation, testing, and reporting activities Evaluate third-party and internal system compliance with PCI requirements Oversee lockbox operations and payroll check processing Reconcile and review p-card activity and provide guidance to cardholders Support Associate Director with special Treasury projects

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 2-4 years of experience in Treasury or Finance roles Knowledge of PCI DSS standards and card payment systems Experience in financial operations, policy development, and audit response Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
