Financial Analyst Job Description The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial health of the organization. This involves analyzing financial data, preparing insightful reports, and developing recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical and modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Analyze capital project work. Perform data validation. Enforce controls policies. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering teams. Conduct SAP labor reporting and ad hoc analysis. Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accrual process ownership, and ad hoc reporting. Essential Skills Finance SAP Financial modeling Financial Analysis Financial Reporting Data Validation Controls Policies SAP Labor reporting Ad hoc Analysis Month-end close procedures Proficiency in Excel and Excel pivot tables Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of relevant work experience required Preferred experience with SAP and Blackline Work Environment This position is based on-site with a day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
