Pay Rate:

$35-$37/hour We are working with a client in the print production and custom displays space, based in Brooklyn, NYC. They’re looking for an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to join their team. This is a 5-day on-site role, starting as a temporary position with strong potential to go permanent. The ideal candidate will bring a background in inventory reconciliation, receiving, and materials management—someone comfortable digging into discrepancies, reviewing cycle counts, and investigating inventory issues in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Locate and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) on vendor websites for missing receipts Create and maintain accurate item records in the inventory system Review and post cycle counts, including logical analysis of any variances Investigate inventory discrepancies and PO-related issues Collaborate with internal teams (receiving, purchasing, operations) to ensure inventory accuracy Identify and resolve valuation/inventory mismatches Maintain clear and accurate documentation for internal reporting and audits

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in inventory control, reconciliation, or materials/receiving operations Proficiency in inventory systems (ERP experience strongly preferred) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented with a methodical, investigative mindset Solid understanding of inventory valuation and materials movement Must be able to work fully on-site in Brooklyn, 5 days per week Nice to
