This role is ideal for someone who thrives on digging deep, asking questions, and uncovering insights that others miss. You will be involved in all aspects of the investment process and must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment. Responsibilities Evaluate industry structures and dynamics to identify areas of opportunity Conduct rigorous, fundamental analysis of companies across a range of sectors Generate and communicate clear, well-supported investment recommendations Analyze market events and assess the impact on existing and prospective holdings Contribute to team discussions around portfolio holdings and positioning Support the preparation and upkeep of internal and external reports Collaborate with colleagues from other teams and departments Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in buy-side or sell-side research Bachelor’s degree and strong academic performance Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insight Excellent communication skills Ability to self-start and manage multiple projects Collaborative spirit, low ego, and strong opinions Scrappiness and intellectual curiosity a must Progress towards a CFA welcomed The base salary range for this position is $100k-130K. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
