Contract Job Summary:

The Finance Analyst will support finance operations with a focus on investment fund statement preparation and activities related to the IFRS process within Workday ERP. This role serves as a liaison between internal client teams and external investment funds, supporting documentation, reporting, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare investment fund statements based on inputs from internal client teams Track and maintain records of cash received Research and respond to inquiries from investment funds Provide initial review and approval for customer refunds Manage and monitor the accounts receivable imaging mailbox to guide the handling of live checks Support the documentation of financial processes and workflows Coordinate with teams to manage live checks sent outside of standard banking channels

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to work independently and analyze or reverse engineer existing processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy in all work Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis) Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a finance-related role

Preferred Systems Experience:

Workday Financials, particularly in

Accounts Receivable Language:

English (fluent written and verbal communication required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with commissions, fund accounting, or financial operations Familiarity with investment fund structures or brokerage processes Experience with Workday ERP is a strong plus Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to manage flexible deliverables Strong written communication skills for documenting processes and client correspondence
