Financial Analyst Lone Star Capital 1 World Trade Center, New York, NY 10007 The Financial Analyst is a cornerstone role at Lone Star Capital, designed as a high-growth opportunity with potential promotions across the Accounting, Operations, and Asset Management teams. The position offers hands-on exposure to over $700m in multifamily investments, making it an ideal entry point for a driven, analytical professional seeking to grow into leadership roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reconcile bank accounts, mortgage statements, and lender escrows monthly Record journal entries for payroll allocations, credit card activity, and recurring accruals Track and amortize assets such as prepaid expenses Support month-end close and maintain financial schedules Identify discrepancies in financial data and proactively drive resolution Accounts Payable & Procurement Code and process invoices accurately; assist in payment workflows Monitor utility bills, renter insurance opt-outs, and vendor onboarding/records Support centralized procurement and purchase order workflows Help develop internal controls and ensure vendor compliance Track capital expenditures purchases and projects Asset Management Build and update inventory logs and vendor pricing databases Assist in asset management analyses and calculations Monitor budget vs. actuals and support variance analysis Contribute to lender reporting, compliance, and reserve draw requests Conduct market research and ad hoc financial analyses when needed
