Currently seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join athriving financial technology firm. The Business Analyst must beable to coalesce numerous data sources to create scalable,meaningful management, company and board facing reporting.
Responsibilities ? Prepare daily / weekly / monthly financialreports that will provide timely insight related to businessresults and trends. ? Conduct analysis to support information formonthly / quarterly board packages ? Analyze various clientsegments to support regional business reviews ? Assist budget andre forecast process ? Identify inconsistencies in client / brokerrevenue generation ? Scenario analysis of current and prospectivebroker / client pricing models ? AdHoc Analysis ? Interface dailywith members of Client operations, Client Service, sales &Management Teams ? Build technical knowledge and understanding ofkey drivers of business Required Skills ? 1-5 years in ananalytical role ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance or other relevantfield that demonstrates quantitative focus ? Experience inconducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis ?Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint ? Experience with MicroStrategy or other Business Intelligence tools a plus RelevantSkills ? Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracyutilizing strong analytical and organizational skills. ? Proactiveindividual that can build effective relationships with businessmanagers and staff ? Strong communication skills, both verbal andwritten ?
