Our client is a boutique investment bank based in New York City that provides strategic invest banking services to its clients in the Real Estate and Healthcare space. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in investment banking or a related field. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your financial analysis skills and gain exposure to a variety of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction structuring and valuation.
Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings.
Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
Perform industry and company research to identify potential investment opportunities.
Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
