Vending Specialist Position Available In Onondaga, New York

Description We are looking for an Analyst to join our team in Liverpool, New York. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for an entry-level financial analyst to contribute to the vending industry by applying analytical skills and financial expertise. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact between the finance team and internal stakeholders, facilitating the exchange of financial data and insights.
• Support month-end closing activities and reconcile financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams across operations, sales, and IT to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, spreadsheets, and databases while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Crystal Reports to present financial data effectively.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights for decision-making and strategic planning. Requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial tools.
• Knowledge of ADP Financial Services and CRM platforms.
• Experience with Crystal Reports for creating detailed financial reports.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques to analyze complex datasets.
• Understanding of key accounting functions, including accrual accounting and auditing.
• Strong grasp of budget processes and capital management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
