We’re seeking a curious, analytical, and solutions-oriented Business Analyst to help us optimize how we work—from the frontlines to the back office. What You’ll Do As our Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between Accounting, IT, and our business units—bringing insights, structure, and clarity to complex operational and financial challenges. Your work will directly impact efficiency, profitability, and employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Gain deep understanding of each business unit’s operations, markets, challenges, and workflows. Partner with Accounting and IT to deliver exceptional internal support and improve systems integration. Identify opportunities for tighter financial controls and work with stakeholders to implement solutions without sacrificing efficiency. Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve business challenges and drive process improvements. Support accounting functions as needed, including preparation of financial statements and working papers. Analyze historical and current data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities. Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations with actionable recommendations to leadership. Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools or methods for improving operational outcomes (e.g., inventory, scheduling, reporting). Assist subsidiaries in optimizing the use of current systems and streamlining procedures. Train employees on systems and processes, offering ongoing support during rollouts or transitions. Who You Are You are a strong communicator with natural curiosity and an analytical mind. You thrive in a collaborative environment, ask the right questions, and know how to turn complex data into clear insights.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or Business 5+ years of ERP system experience Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills Proven experience preparing financial statements Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills High degree of self-motivation with a track record of completing complex projects Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce, UKG, and/or JD Edwards a plus Familiarity with cross-functional teams and change management Previous exposure to inventory or scheduling systems a plus Why Join Us?
