Salary:
$27/hour A leading multi-state healthcare organization is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its corporate office in Tarrytown, NY. This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and motivated professional to support treasury operations, financial reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile patient and third-party payor payments to bank deposits Prepare daily cash reports and maintain a rolling monthly cash forecast Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analyses Prepare and review treasury-related journal entries Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger close processes Coordinate vendor electronic payments (ACH, credit card, Supplier Pay) Monitor and maintain banking infrastructure and relationships Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Revenue Cycle, IT, HR, etc.) Assist with audit requests and annual census preparation Help validate data for dashboard reporting and ensure data integrity Work on automation initiatives related to payment posting and reconciliation Develop and document treasury policies, procedures, and workflow improvements Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and forecasting preferred Experience with ERP systems (Business Central is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiarity with Tableau or other data analytics tools a plus Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Zing Recruiting, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
