How you will make an impact: The Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis efforts of the Laboratory Products Group (LPG). This role will be actively involved in business partnering with the divisions (Equipment, Plastics, and Chemicals), functions (IT, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.) and Corporate, to implement the tactical objectives in support of business reviews, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, and the strategic planning processes.

What you will do:

Support all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes with a focus on variance analysis, modeling, and reporting Assist in the development of the annual operational planning process (AOP) as well as the annual strategic planning process (STRAP) Provide financial insights and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams•both internal to LPG and with Corporate (FP&A, Systems, etc.)•to drive reporting accuracy and process efficiency Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives, as assigned or as self-identified areas for improvement

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in

Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration Experience:
