Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania, on a long-term contract basis. This role is critical in supporting the design, evaluation, and administration of incentive pay programs while providing insightful financial analysis to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation structures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of bonus, commission, and incentive pay programs, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track incentive pay activity and usage.
- Research market trends in variable compensation and incentive pay to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate on the design of incentive pay programs that effectively reward team members.
- Oversee the administration of formal and discretionary awards processes.
- Assess payment processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support various special projects related to financial analysis and compensation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies in all compensation-related activities.
- Provide actionable insights based on data mining and trend analysis.
- Utilize accounting software systems and tools to streamline reporting and analysis. Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools.
- Experience with ADP and CRM platforms related to financial services.
- Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and analytics.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports for generating detailed financial insights.
- Expertise in accrual accounting and auditing processes.
- Solid understanding of budget planning and capital management.
- Ability to evaluate and improve payment processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial findings effectively.
