Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a dynamic organization. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in accounting, data analysis, and financial management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and report financial data effectively.
• Analyze and interpret data using data mining techniques to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports using tools such as Crystal Reports to communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
• Oversee accrual accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely entries.
• Collaborate with teams to audit financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage capital planning and allocation processes to optimize resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain CRM-related financial data to enhance customer relationship management.
• Support the implementation and optimization of budget processes across departments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall financial performance. Requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools.
• Experience with ADP Financial Services and CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports for financial reporting.
• Expertise in data mining techniques and their application in financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting functions, including accrual accounting.
• Background in auditing and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with budget processes and capital management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
