Treasury Specialist Position Available In Butler, Pennsylvania

Job Summary the Treasury Specialist will assist in managing the company’s daily cash flow, optimizing banking relationships and helping execute treasury strategies according to established procedures. Providing various accounting and analytical services within the Treasury Department and serving as a principal point of contact for internal and external customers regarding treasury functions and issues.

Job Description Experience Required:

1 to 3 years previous treasury, accounting experience

Experience Desired:

W orking knowledge of Microsoft office Suite, with an emphasis on intermediate to advanced Excel skills;

Experience Required:

Functional knowledge of accounting, banking and cash management principals.

Excellent communication skills, written & oral This is a hybrid work model, 3 days in our Cranberry Township HQ. Job Responsibility Help monitor and manage daily cash position, including the execution of daily cash transfers -ensuring the cash obligations are met and idle cash is minimalized Support treasury operations including cash management within Oracle and substantiation, accounting entries and analysis of funding from all EFT payments. Generate and analyze financial and treasury reports for management. Collaborate with internal departments on treasury related activities. Prepare short and long term cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances and trends Assist the retail banking team with any customer care calls, adjustments and chargebacks related to EFT payments Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, and update as necessary Compensation Grade 77 About Us At Giant Eagle Inc., we’re more than just food, fuel and convenience.
