Salary:

This is a permanent position that offers a hybridwork arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in ouroffice. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible forproviding financial analysis and insights to supportdecision-making processes across the organization. You will workclosely with senior management and various departments to provideaccurate financial reports and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Preparefinancial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, varianceanalysis, and financial modeling, to support senior management inmaking strategic decisions. Analyze financial data to identifytrends and areas of improvement, providing recommendations tosenior management on how to optimize financial performance. Developand maintain financial models to support business planning andforecasting. Collaborate with various departments to providefinancial insights and support for key business decisions. Monitorfinancial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) andprovide recommendations to improve financial performance. Developand maintain financial dashboards using PowerBI to providereal-time financial insights to senior management. Participate inthe annual budgeting process and provide ongoing support to theFP&A team. Continuously improve financial processes andprocedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBApreferred. 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting,forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills,including the ability to create complex financial models.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software. Stronganalytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communicationskills, with the ability to present financial information to seniormanagement. Experience with KPI development and monitoring.
Proficiency in PowerBI to develop financial dashboards and reports.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
