3384 Description ” FP&A Analyst We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our finance team, reporting to the Corporate FP&A Manager. This new role will primarily focus on supporting our primary segments including a dotted line to each of the Segment Controllers, in addition to various reporting needs at the corporate level. This will be a great opportunity for you to collaborate with leadership across a large multi-billion-dollarpany and drive the business forward by helping to scale and modernize our FP&A disciplines. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person with a background in Finance or related field and a strong sense of ownership. The successful candidate will work hard, can manage multiple work streams, be self-motivated, and learn and grow with the organization. This role will focus on thepany’s annual budget and ongoing forecasting, including capital expenditure needs, while also supporting various reporting needs including board reporting, executive dashboarding and ad-hoc analysis.

Your First Year:

Learn the business, its stakeholders, our culture, and sources of information
Support the budgeting and forecasting process across the business
Partner with segment finance teams and field leadership to help improve our forecasting processes
Support financial analysis to include development and tracking of KPIs, executive dashboarding, preparing financial reports, rolling forecasts and cross-departmental analytics
Aid with our external reporting and board preparations including reports, narratives, and analyses
Collaborate with teams and support projects across the organization as we modernize our systems and business processes
Support Segment Leadership and Corporate Development with M&A diligence and integration
Develop financial projections and build financial models
Assist in implementing a scalable and collaborative forecasting tool
Refresh our total addressable market and wallet share analyses to support our corporate revenue growth objectives

Characteristics of Ideal Candidates:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field required; MBA preferred but not required
One to three years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience required with at least one year of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling preferred
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Confidence to interact with operations management at various levels
Ability tomunicate clearly, concisely, and frame the story
Ability to analyzeplex issues to get to the root cause and provide and implement potential solutions to these problems
Talent for translatingplex financial concepts for non-financial colleagues
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Proficient with creating and maintaining financial models
Track record of taking initiative and delivering results
