Job Summary Are you passionate about turning numbers into actionable insight? A dynamic investment management organization is looking for a Financial Reporting & Data Analyst to join their collaborative finance team. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering trends, interpreting financial data, and delivering critical insights that support strategic decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Aggregate and analyze data from internal and external sources to assess financial health and performance.
Build and enhance financial models that inform key business strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights and context to financial data for use by leadership.
Perform variance and trend analysis, identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven stories.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities through detailed comparative analysis.
Participate in ongoing process improvements and reporting automation efforts.
Engage in ad hoc reporting and special projects across finance and operations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting, preferably within financial services or asset management.
Solid understanding of financial statements and familiarity with FP&A best practices.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems using data.
Ability to communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.
