About the job This position reports tothe Director, GTM (Go-to-Market) Finance and will lead GTM dataanalytics and metrics reporting to identify key business trends,support GTM initiatives, and drive ad hoc analyses. You’ll workclosely with GTM business partners and Finance teams to deliverimpactful insights and scalable reporting solutions.
Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Own GTM Finance reportingand dashboarding to provide visibility into key performance metricsacross the entire GTM organization (including Sales, GlobalOperations, Strategic Partnerships) Analyze sales productivity,pipeline trends, win rates, and revenue tracking to supportaccurate forecasting and establish sales targets aligned withfinancial plans Drive operational efficiency across the GTM Financeteam by automating processes, optimizing dashboards, andstreamlining recurring reporting Partner cross-functionally withGTM teams and Finance to identify business drivers, uncover growthopportunities, and improve data accuracy Develop reporting andmetrics on Deal Desk activity to enhance operational efficiencyDeliver strategic insights to senior leaders through clearstorytelling, turning complex data into actionable recommendationsChampion data quality and AI adoption by partnering with our GTMStrategy and Operations team, as well as our Business Intelligenceteam to ensure reliable, scalable reporting infrastructure Adapt ina dynamic work environment and contribute to broader GTM Financeinitiatives as needed Qualifications Not all applicants will haveskills that match a job description exactly. Required:
6 years ofexperience in data analytics, with at least 2 years supporting GTMfunctions (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Operations) Proven ability toanalyze large datasets, draw meaningful insights, and translatefindings into actionable recommendations Comfortable working in afast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities Strongstrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive,self-directed mindset Excellent communication skills, includingexperiencing presenting insights to executive leadership andcross-functional teams Deep understanding of Salesforce and GTMmetrics reporting Advanced proficiency with
Tableau, SQL, Looker,Excel, and Google Sheets Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in DataScience, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalentprofessional experience Experience with financial planning toolssuch as Anaplan Python expertise Understanding of KPIs and businessmodels for usage-based businesses Location This role will beremote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to buildrelationships with our customers and each other. Based in NewYork, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of theSan Francisco Bay area): $110,400•$137,900. Based in the SanFrancisco Bay area,
California:
$122,600•$153,200. This role maybe eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporatebonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the followingbenefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paidsick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
