Job Summary Position Overview:

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across a global supply chain organization. This role will provide analytical insights into operational performance, optimize cost structures, and support executive leadership with data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have experience in service-based or supply chain-driven industries with strong financial modeling skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with operations, logistics, and executive leadership to provide financial insights that drive business performance
Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Analyze cost drivers, service delivery metrics, and client profitability across global regions
Support monthly close processes and variance analysis; prepare internal management reports
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems
Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure alignment of financial data with actual business activity
Assist with board and investor reporting materials, including presentations and performance dashboards
Ensure financial practices comply with internal controls, corporate policies, and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA a plus)
4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or service-based industries strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
