Summary:

The individual selected for the job will lead projects designed to improve sales and recapture performance and deliver excellent client service while assisting our internal teams. The individual will leverage creative talents, excellent communication, analytic and project management skills to: Responsibilities Partner with Business Leaders and develop new business strategies, based on analytic research, that streamlines current practices. Provide a link between raw data and business performance via the creation, enhancement, and upkeep of performance metrics, reports, as well as data interpretation and analysis. Partnering with senior management to drive decisions and share insights. Contribute to establishing company policy and oversee key initiatives designed to increase operational productivity and company profitability. Make significant contributions to our Analytics team and help them deliver deep and valuable insights to our Production, Support, and Executive Teams Excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment championing the creation, design, and implementation of value-add business strategies that affect current operating practices and company policy. Clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to a varied audience including the operations staff, senior management, and 3rd party clients. Training and guiding new analysts, fostering their professional development and aiding their growth within the organization. Preferred Qualifications Proven self-starter and independent thinker Extensive experience with SQL 5+ years’ experience visualizing data, automating reports and analyses in Tableau Skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas – recapture analytics, marketing analytics, sales, capital markets Bachelor’s Degree or better in Analytics, Data, Finance, Math, or other quantitative discipline Experience with Salesforce or in Mortgage industry preferred

Job Qualifications:

Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail. Experience building predictive models in real life environment using tools like Python or R preferred Fast learner – able to assimilate new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years in Analytics #LI-EM2
