Their integratedservices support individuals and families on their journey torecovery and mental wellness. They are seeking a skilled FinancialAnalyst to join the finance team and support strategicdecision-making across all sites.

Position Summary:

The FinancialAnalyst will report directly to the CFO and play a critical role insupporting the financial health and sustainability of theorganization. This role involves financial reporting and analysis,accounting support, data gathering, payroll coordination, andcontributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts across multipleprograms and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Analyze financialstatements, trends, and performance metrics to support businessdecisions. ? Develop, maintain, and distribute regular financialreports and dashboards for leadership and program managers. ?Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for all fivelocations. ? Collect and consolidate financial and operational datafrom various departments and sites. ? Prepare monthly, quarterly,and annual reports, including variance analysis and costassessments. ? Support accounting functions includingreconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. ?Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate payrollreporting and analysis. ? Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flowto help identify areas of risk or improvement. ? Assist inpreparing documentation for audits, grant compliance, andregulatory reporting. ? Participate in the development of financialpolicies, procedures, and internal controls. ? Provide ad-hocanalysis and financial modeling as requested by the CFO orleadership team.
