Mount Pleasant, SC – (100% Onsite Expectation)

Potential for permanent hire after a 3-4-month temporary period
Team:
You’ll be working under the guidance of a seasoned team member, contributing to data analysis tasks.
Hours:
Standard work hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, with some flexibility required at the end of the month to wrap up projects.
Summary:
As an Accounting Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s accounting team. Your primary tasks will involve analyzing and formatting large datasets, using tools like Excel and Power BI. You’ll also assist with internal Dynamics 365 processes (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and communicate professionally with paralegals for follow-ups.
Skills Required:
2-3 years of experience in accounting or data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, especially pivot tables. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is preferred, but not mandatory.
Excellent organizational skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Willingness to work beyond standard hours during month-end as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and format data using Excel and Power BI.
Support internal Dynamics 365 processes.
Professionally follow up with paralegals for information.
Assist with month-end project completion.
Contribute to mentoring junior staff.
