Impact Ingevity:
Maintain and update daily and monthly sales and profitability reporting Develop and maintain Power BI reports to provide critical financial and operational information across the company Calculate quarterly and annual commercial incentive payouts Partner with FP&A, HR, and Commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across functions Assist with preparation of presentations and summaries for Commercial leaders and the Ingevity Executive Team Assist with preparation of monthly financial analysis to support the Performance Materials segment Conduct variance analysis between actual, planned, and forecasted performance Assist with preparation of the annual budget and strategic plan Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting and modeling to support business cases for investment decisions and cost optimization efforts enhancing financial decision support Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes What you need to succeed: An undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years’ experience working in financial analysis Understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting Driven, self-starter, able to overcome obstacles and see projects through to completion Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, ERP experience (SAP a plus) Demonstrated knowledge and use of business intelligence/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx a plus) Demonstrated professional interaction with employees at all levels Flexibility to work independently and as a team member Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail This role is not eligible for relocation assistance Please note: This is not a position that Ingevity will consider for employment sponsorship.
