Full Job Description Job Title:
Data Analyst Adams Property Group is looking for a hands-on, dynamic Data Analyst to provide high level support to the finance team. This position will demand sharp and exceptional organizational and communication skills; the ideal successful candidate will be an extremely meticulous problem-solver who works with little direct supervision, and super user in Excel | Power BI | Query and Pivot.
Data Analysis:
Gather data from a variety of sources for analysis Assist with data scrubbing and clean-up to ensure that analysis is efficient and effective transforming data into actionable insights using visualization tools Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns and insights within the data Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate findings Use Power BI to present data in a concise and clear manner to support stakeholder understanding and interpretation, including presentations to stakeholders
Financial Support:
Learn to support the preparation, review, and analysis of due diligence documents, including various third-party reports, loan documents, organizational documents, leasing and management agreements, insurance forms, etc. Over time, assist with property closings, including managing timelines and checklists, as well as coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure the timely completion of all closing items Assist with special projects to improve the process and experience of our clients and investors Manage development and acquisition contracts and invoices prior to closing, potentially assisting with market research and underwriting of new acquisition and development opportunities. Maintaining property tax analysis and loan reporting checklists. Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration required
- Three to five years’ prior experience in a similar role
- Expert user of MS Office and Power BI
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, display a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, and sound decision-making, all with minimal oversight while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills to effectively track, report, and manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines is critical
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality On-site role.
