Job Description

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity within the non-profit sector located in Charleston, South Carolina, for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will have a key role in our team, handling a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries, as well as monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications
  • Maintaining precise records of customer credit
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions
  • Monitoring customer accounts and implementing necessary actions
  • Utilizing data mining techniques for efficient customer service
  • Operating business systems effectively to streamline processes
  • Managing and updating CRM for customer interactions
  • Producing clear reports using Crystal Reports
  • Auditing and ensuring accuracy in all accounting functions
  • Overseeing budget processes and participating in capital management. Requirements
  • Proficiency in business systems is essential
  • Familiarity with Confluence is required
  • Must have experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Crystal Reports knowledge is a must
  • Proficiency in data mining techniques is necessary
  • Experience with ‘About Time’ software is required
  • Must possess a strong understanding of accounting functions
  • Auditing skills are essential
  • Familiarity with budget processes is required
