Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalentbination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications Prefer at least 5 years business analyst experience. Preferred related areas include, but are not limited to Accounting, Finance, Business, Purchasing, or Information Technology. PeopleSoft Financials 9.x or higher application support experience. Experience creating PeopleSoft Queries and nVision reports. Phire release management application support experience preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Extensive knowledge of capabilities, techniques, and intricacies of enterprise resource planning (ERP) information systems
- including deep knowledge of at least one of the following area: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contracts, Grants Management, Projects, or Banking. Ability to understand and carry outplex technical analysis, instructions and requests. Ability tomunicate in a clear and concise manner
- including creating and giving presentations.
Ability to work effectively with users, vendors, and IT personnel. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Ability to plan, direct, instruct, and review the work of technical personnel. Ability to leadplex technical projects. Extensive knowledge of technical documentation. Working knowledge of information system software, internet software, spreadsheet software and word processing software as well as basic PC applications and operations
- including Word, Excel and other MS Office products.
Project management skills. Occasional work at other than normal times may be required based on production support responsibilities and other duties as assigned from time-to-time. Identification of and adnce to IT best practices and standard operating procedures for program management are important; however, flexibility in meeting the needs of customers is also a key consideration.

Job Duty Provide FSCM production incident triage/resolution as well as problem analysis/resolution support (tier 2) for assigned modules. Collaborate with the Program Manager & Division of Administration & Finance central staff to review/maintain operational & service level metrics for trends, patterns, prioritization, improvements, & training needs. Build ad-hoc PeopleSoft queries to support customers and end-users.

Job Duty Performs highlyplex FSCM process analysis, design, and simulation across multiple platforms and/or across functions in business areas. Identifies current processes and procedures that are candidates for improvement and leads the creation of future configurations that lead to gains in efficiency and cost savings. Leads the definition of system scope and objectives based on user-defined needs. Leads and prepares detailed functional specifications. Documents PeopleSoft business processes, testing scenarios/scripts, related training content, job aids, and end-usermunications. Directs the design and implementation of multiple internal or external program/projects that areplex in nature.

Serve as a contact for vendor partnerships facilitating meetings & evaluating vendor proposals. Facilitate inter/intra departmental tasks, meetings μnication. Mentor team members to enhance business analyst skills. Participate in regular production support, incident management, release management, change management, SME, & user group meetings. Provides estimates on the amount of analysis effort based on requirements. Reports to management on status of projects.
