Immediate need for Securities Adm Analyst who will beresponsible for processing routine to moderately complextransactions or reconciliations relating to loan or securitypayments. Provide remittance and correction information toservicers; monitor pooled loans to determine non-compliance,communication of information to investors, ensure compliance withstated agreements, and to interact with other departments asneeded. Must be able to research all legal documents as issuesarise. Must maintain a working knowledge of Collateral, Securities,Default or Trust Administration. Experience with W8 or W9 forms aplus!
