Analyst, FP&A Job Summary:
What will you do? As a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you’ll be the financial brainpower behind big decisions at Pure Fishing. From preparing global forecasts to building sleek dashboards in Power BI, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights. Your role will be pivotal in shaping strategy, supporting leadership, and helping us cast our financial nets with confidence and clarity. Your work environment:
You’ll be immersed in a collaborative, global finance team, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional departments. You’ll help lead financial planning cycles, produce timely and accurate reporting, and support high-stakes decision-making with clarity and confidence. What you will need to succeed: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA is a bonus!)
4+ years of experience as a financial analyst; 3+ in FP&A
Power BI mastery and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP is a big plus
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and performance metrics.
