Job Responsibilities
As a Sr Financial Analyst, you will:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support our business goals
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations
Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Strictly monitor financial performance and ensure flawless accuracy in reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making
Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Requirements
To successfully compete in this role, you should have:
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to implement process improvements
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A diligent approach with the ability to strictly meet deadlines
This role is Hybrid, and you will need to commute to Blythewood, SC
