We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, accounting, or treasury management, with proficiency in spreadsheet applications. This role is essential for managing the organization’s cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit and/or authorize payments Complete bank transfers and ACH processing Apply payments and record transactions Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to treasury activities. Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Support the implementation of treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, banking, or accounting roles. Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of treasury management systems and banking operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail
