This positionoffers an exciting opportunity to be a part of our strategicdecision-making process by providing accurate financial informationand insights. The role requires 5 years of experience in the field,and the candidate must be well-versed in dashboards, FinancialModeling, FP&A, variance analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and createdetailed financial models to support our management team in makingbusiness decisions. 2. Develop and maintain budgeting andforecasting models, and conduct variance analysis to understanddifferences in actual vs. budgeted financial performance. 3.Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs for budgeting andforecasting and provide financial insights. 4. Prepare monthly,quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings andrecommendations to senior management. 5. Create and Utilizedashboards to visualize and present data in a clear and concisemanner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. 6.Continually improve the budgeting process through education ofdepartment managers on financial issues impacting their budgets. 7.Participate in the development and implementation of financialsystems, ensuring they meet business needs and improve efficiencyand accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experiencein a similar role 2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, orrelated field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. 3. Proficient infinancial modeling and analysis, including understanding offinancial concepts and ability to manage large data. 4.
