The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting budgeting, financial reporting, and operational analysis to drive informed decision-making within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, healthcare financial experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required). Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience in a healthcare or hospital setting. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, etc.). Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare finance regulations and reimbursement methodologies is a plus. #LI-SB1 #USP-123
