Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Financial Analyst I for their Nashville, TN location.
Responsibilities:
Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports
Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Financial reporting
Advance experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, ETC.)
Experience with BOLT (Oracle) and Hyperion (HFM).
Manager is looking for a professional, fast learner and all-around team player to join her team to assist with financial reporting.
Must have at least 2 years of experience working with financial reporting and programs such as BOLT (Oracle) and Hyperion (HFM).
Must have very strong MS Excel skills to produce reporting; manager has requested at least intermediate level – must be very proficient.
Education:
BS Accounting/Finance.
Experience:
1- 2 years in Accounting/Finance
Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor
Skills Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking (Required)
Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time (Required)
Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses (Typically required)
Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data (Typically required)
Basic knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting (Required)
