Company Overview General Summary:
Under minimum supervision support all aspects of payment acceptance strategy, including analyzing, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and monitoring of payment acceptance cost and trends. Acts as liaison between our payment processor and the company for all electronic tender issues and projects. Additional responsibilities related to various financial analyses and Treasury reporting
Job Details Duties & Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of the company’s payment acceptance strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting for payment cost. Monitor, calculate, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies and unusual items. Financial analysis support for card network contract negotiations, and determining optimal routing to ensure lowest cost. Provide support and act as liaison between payment processor, networks, and internal business units for various payment projects. Responsible for the monthly and quarterly Treasury reporting and variance analysis. Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data and enable stakeholders to make informed decisions related to the Payment Acceptance Strategy. Provide operational Treasury support as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Strong knowledge of general finance principles and practices. Knowledge of accounting. Specific knowledge of modeling and forecasting techniques. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficient in Excel. Ability to work with minimal oversight.
Qualifications Work Experience &/or Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics or other related field of study. One to three years experience in a related finance role.
