$28.14/hr 12+ Months contract possibility of Extension or Conversion We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our finance team in a fully on-site position. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly detail-oriented, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced and data-driven environment. You will play a key role in supporting financial reporting functions and quantitative analysis efforts, working closely with internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial information. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data for reporting and forecasting Assemble and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support technical reports Assist in producing reports using BOLT (Oracle) and Hyperion (HFM) Perform quantitative analysis to support investment and financial planning decisions Interpret financial data affecting investment programs including price, yield, and future trends Work closely with team members to meet reporting deadlines and support audit processes Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance , or related discipline 1-2 years of experience in accounting/financial reporting roles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, etc.) Experience using BOLT (Oracle) and Hyperion (HFM) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking abilities Understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, and forecasting Familiarity with federal and state financial reporting policies and procedures Nice to Have Experience in a corporate finance or investment analysis environment Exposure to financial regulations and compliance standards Working knowledge of additional financial or ERP software tools Ready to advance your career in finance?
