Our Loews Hotels & Co Home Office teams provide support to all our properties throughout the United States. What We’re Looking For:
Drive financial excellence as a Financial Systems Analyst, serving as the Company’s Oracle EPM (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS) system administrator and optimizing Oracle ERP processes. Lead critical planning cycles, manage reporting enhancements, and streamline business operations with innovative solutions. Collaborate with finance teams to deliver data-driven insights and technical support that empowers financial strategies and decision-making.

What You’ll Do:
Provide support for Oracle ERP system with major focus on reporting for Corporate Office and Hotels including: Respond to and efficiently resolve help tickets and user issues, escalate tickets where applicable. Provide monthly SmartView training and ongoing troubleshooting and support. Support the finance community by developing relevant Oracle training, as well as aiding onboarding finance team members. New report development, both SmartView and system reporting. Actively participate in weekly support call review with Loews IT and 3rd party support team. Assist in data feeds and ensure integrity Maintenance and monthly processing of artifacts including: Ensure adherence to governance over chart of account maintenance within ERP, PBCS and FCCS. Update manual tracking of dimensions and valid combinations for departments, legal entities and accounts. Maintenance of all dimensions in application and data management, including management of hierarchies within ERP, PBCS and FCCS including entity, department and account. PBCS maintenance of cubes data, both integrity and system processing abilities. PBCS maintenance of all driver-based configurations and integrate changes as required with new dimension or business requirements. Maintain security profiles for FCCS and PBCS. Maintain integration scripts and automate jobs for EPM Automate, data from ERP to
PBCS, FCCS
to PBCS and forecast and budget integrations from RevPlan and Conference Management. Monitor failures and act appropriately for a quick resolution. Maintain integrity of data between the four systems. Annually configure changes to ‘open’ budget process, manage various versions, adherence to data and integrate final and LHHC budgets to the other systems. Assist with maintenance of Administration Guide for PBCS, FCCS and
ERP – GL.
Assist with maintenance of user guides for
PBCS, FCCS, ERP
GL, functional and reporting. Maintain all monthly maintenance requirements for EPM products. Review and test monthly and quarterly release enhancements for PBCS, FCCS, ARCS and ERP to understand the mandated updates and recommend optional configurations. Technical maintenance of all FR reports in PBCS, FCCS and ERP. Maintenance of SmartView standard templates. Communicate with the finance team as it relates to any system or report changes. Contribute to the Oracle Finance community by staying abreast of current trends, enhancements and features. Regular attendance in conformance with standards. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. Required to attend all training sessions and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Experience Includes:
BS/BA degree in finance, accounting or relevant/similar discipline. 3-5 years of relevant financial systems experience required. Certifications in Oracle Cloud EPM and Cloud ERP Fusion required. Hotel finance experience a plus. Knowledge of reporting tools, preferably Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Financial Reporting Studio, Oracle OTBI and Oracle SmartView. Advanced skills in MS Excel. Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills. Ability to quickly understand and deconstruct financial, business and technical concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to understand how systems performance interacts with underlying accounting processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work in a hybrid setting, both in office and remotely (when afforded) in support of associates. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
