As a CBRE Senior Investment Sales Analyst, you’ll be an essentialmember of a professional production team, providing investmentadvisory support to senior producers that represent premiermultifamily developers, owners, and operators. Working closely onall team assignments from the onset, you’ll gain expensive exposureto real estate investments and are expected to possess technicaland qualitative skills, be provident, and maintain a high level ofintegrity while evaluating executing on a number of assignments atonce. Senior Analysts play an integral role on the team, oftencollaborating between senior producers and team members, so theyare expected to work independently and cohesively within a teamenvironment. Working on portfolios and individual properties, weseek experienced multifamily real estate professionals thatmaintain a desire to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:

Actively assist in the research, writing, and proofing ofInvestment Sales marketing offering memorandums (OMs) and BrokerOpinion of Values (BOVs) Research and maintain databases whichtrack Investment Sales activity and other relevant metrics. Conduct market research, including sourcing/mining data,evaluating information, and analytical reporting. Provide pertinent market intelligence to senior producersincluding property and submarket data, summary reports, statusupdates, construction pipelines, and capital market activity. Analyze historical operating statements and budgets, with theability to identify critical property-level issues and recommendareas for improvement. Ability to present in a formal clientsetting to audiences with a wide range of financial acumen andparticipate in internal and external meetings, including propertytours as needed. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limitedpractical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years ofrelevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing processes and procedures to solvestandard problems. Quantitative and Technical skills with a strong inquisitivemindset. Highly organized with attention to detail Experience with analyzing information and standard practices tomake judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
