We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to be a key member of its enterprise finance team who has a natural desire to improve and build new processes in a fast-growing startup culture. This position will support the financial and business planning activities of our Orthodontic Business Unit with hands-on forecasting, budgeting, analysis, data management and reporting. The position is based out of the Nashville HQ and reports to the FP&A Director of Orthodontics. We are looking for a hands-on financial management professional, comfortable playing a lead role in the management, reporting, and analysis of their business unit throughout the organization. Responsibilities Supports the preparation of the monthly operating review package and communication to practice Aids in enhancing financial literacy with practice level practice managers and doctors Reports, tracks, and monitors financial metrics and assists in identifying abnormalities relative to practice production Performs ad-hoc analysis to aid in decision support interfacing with various departments throughout the enterprise Contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines Collaborate closely with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely Understand and apply knowledge of best practices for data extraction and manipulation Required Minimum Qualifications 3 years progressive experience Transaction Advisory experience preferred A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting Excellent analytical and communications skills Understanding of financial statements Ability to positively manage change and multiple priorities in response to shifting demands Experience working with data mining and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, PowerBI) Knowledge of GAAP and all aspects of general accrual and cost accounting Highly driven and self-motivated with keen attention to detail and organized Must be able to commute to office in Nashville, TN 3 days per week.
