Job Title:

Senior Financial Analyst Job Description The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for management reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting. The role will work closely with the Finance team and collaborate with Executive team members in developing three-statement budgets, forecasts, and flashes while compiling actual results and assisting in overall business analysis including treasury forecasts. Responsibilities Responsible for monthly management reporting including segment reports, department reports, and business variance analysis. Assist with the annual budget process, providing tools and management reports for analysis. Analyze spending and assist in variance analysis for manufacturing and functional environments. Assist with, and participate in, the development of three-statement monthly and quarterly business forecasts and explanations. Responsible for 13-week cash flow and liquidity forecasting. Participate in the monthly close process and ensure its timely and quality output. Conduct business analytics on an ad hoc basis. Work with all functional groups within the business segments and participate in key strategic initiatives and projects. Seek opportunities for continuing process improvement in terms of business content and capabilities within this role and of the Finance group overall, including utilizing new AI tools to improve speed and accuracy of forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years accounting/financial analysis Experience with ERP system Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions Experience working for a manufacturing company, automotive Tier I preferred Demonstrated knowledge of budget development Work Environment Office / Onsite Monday – Friday. Regular and predictable attendance required. The role involves cooperating within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities
