Job Description

Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support our strategic decision-making processes. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to provide strategic recommendations. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Support the annual budgeting process and periodic financial reviews. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.00 – $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
